Step Into a Memory at Mema Had One Walking onto the front porch of our vintage home at 135 Davis Rd in Augusta, GA, feels like stepping into your Mema’s house — warm, familiar, and filled with treasures from another time. Sure, it might be her "new" house, but the memories are built right in. After 10 years on Washington Road, Mema Had One has found its new home on Davis Road — a cozy, centrally located spot in the heart of the CSRA. While the address has changed, our heart hasn’t. We're still all about the thrill of the find, the love of the hunt, and the community of “rummage chums” that make this place feel like family.
Founded in 2012 as a tribute to the original owner’s beloved grandmother, Mema Had One began with a simple idea: “My grandma used to have one of these!” — a phrase we hear almost every day. That spirit lives on today under new owner Sean Joiner, a longtime vendor and fan of all things vintage.
Whether you're hunting for antique furniture, retro décor, collectible glassware, comics, toys, sports cards, or golf memorabilia, there's something here that sparks a memory — or starts a new one. Mema’s isn’t just a store. It’s a local tradition, a gathering place, and a little bit of home. Come see why we’re the cutest little antique store in town. We can’t wait to welcome you.
